Delta Theta Psi is a non national sorority at the College of Wooster. The group was founded in March 1992, making it among one of the youngest sororites here on campus. The sorority is commonly referred to on campus simply by the term "Thetas" and is well known for its strong commitment to community service.

Strength, Unity, Grace

PURPOSE

The purpose of Delta Theta Psi is to foster a mutual understanding and acceptance of human nature. Through this, may we be better able to help each other intelligently deal with, solve, and grow through personal challenges and/or conflicts inside or outside of the sisterhood. By rising above any internal difficulties, we will facilitate the undertaking of any task we set our minds to, as a whole or as individuals. These tasks, whether academic, social, personal or otherwise will be supported wholeheartedly by our sisters. In this way, may no one sister’s burdens ever be too heavy, nor another’s too light. Through our understanding and openness, may we all learn not only to take joy in, but to enthusiastically devote ourselves to helping and supporting each other in all circumstances. May we advance and enact constructive development in a culture of equity and inclusion as we stand together as sisters. And above all, may we always foster and organization which will embody our pride, dignity, diversity, and respect.
